One-Pan Baked Salmon & Veggies

Why it’s great: Omega-3s for heart and brain health + quick clean-up.

 

 Ingredients:

    • 2 salmon fillets

    • 1 zucchini (sliced)

    • 1 bell pepper (sliced)

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • Garlic powder, lemon juice, salt & pepper

      Directions: Place salmon and veggies on a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil & seasoning. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
